Manager - Financial Due Diligence

Role Overview: As a member of the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team, you will play a key role in delivering impact through your hands-on experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD), analytics, and deal support. You will be involved in multiple high-impact deals, ensuring end-to-end proficiency and contributing to the success of each transaction. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver Transaction Databooks/Workbooks with precision, minimal rework, and full compliance with firm standards. - Collaborate with the deal team, acting as a trusted contributor on live deals, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring consistent delivery. - Draft key sections of FDD Reporting including Background, Points of Interest, QoE adjustments, Summary Financials, and Exhibits. - Conduct Financial Analyses focusing on Net Working Capital, Debt/Debt-like analysis, and complex adjustments. - Engage in Management Discussions by preparing decks, leading sections in calls, and managing client communications. - Utilize digital tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and other platforms to enhance speed and data accuracy. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience from BIG 4/Consulting & Advisory firm or equivalent experience in Financial Due Diligence. - Qualification in CA/CPA/MBA (Finance). - Experience in team management/people management. - Strong understanding of Financial Statements, Financial Ratio analysis, Accounting Standards, and Financial Concepts.,
