Role Overview: As a member of the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impact through your expertise in Financial Due Diligence (FDD), analytics, and deal support. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of relevant experience from BIG 4/Consulting & Advisory firm or equivalent experience in Financial Due Diligence. - Professional qualification such as CA/CPA/MBA (Finance) is mandatory. - Experience in team management or people management is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of Financial Statements, Financial Ratio analysis, Accounting Standards, and Financial Concepts is essential for success in this role.,
