Manager Financial Crime Investigations

As a Lead Investigator at the company, your role will involve leading complex and high-profile investigations, supporting sustainable controls, providing strategic intelligence, and raising threat awareness across the bank. Key Responsibilities: - Set risk-based scope for investigations - Coordinate investigative activities and oversee transactional analysis - Develop complex intelligence and manage approvals and responses - Build typology-aligned threat profiles and fulfill POCA/TA obligations - Own SLA performance and prioritize/allocate cases - Provide MI/KRI and direct intelligence-led campaigns - Manage stakeholder engagement and maintain internal/external partnerships - Provide QC oversight and line-manage investigators - Enable senior/key stakeholders and advise leadership on cross-functional impact/alignment - Strengthen controls, plan resources/budgets/policies, and maintain processes - Manage breaches and define jobs/responsibilities - Coach specialists and provide MI/KRI - Determine when SAR/DAML is appropriate and ensure SLA compliance - Provide performance reporting, advise leadership, and influence and align across the enterprise - Demonstrate LEAD behaviors for people leaders and coach/train others Qualifications Required: - Very strong analytical capability - Ability to set strategy and drive requirements - Proficiency in creating solutions via sophisticated analytical thought - Experience in overseeing complex alternatives and incorporating research into problem solving - Leadership skills with a focus on strategic oversight Please note that the job description does not specify any additional details about the company.,
