Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to business leaders, providing financial insights and decision-making support.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning and performance tracking.
• Manage end-to-end P&L, with strong focus on revenue accounting and revenue recognition in line with IFRS.
• Lead cash flow forecasting and reporting, ensuring effective liquidity and working capital management.
• Conduct profitability analysis and provide pricing support for new and existing business initiatives.
• Perform balance sheet reviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee month-end close and reporting, delivering timely and accurate MIS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights and drive performance improvements.
• Lead and manage a small team of finance professionals, driving performance, capability building, and mentoring.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and business partnering.
• Hands-on experience in IFRS, revenue recognition, and P&L management.
• Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in team management and people development.
• Ability to work effectively in UK shift timings and manage stakeholders across geographies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
