Manager Finance - FP&A CoE

Role Overview: You will be part of the Markets & RI Divisional FP&A team at LSEG, responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis for the Risk Intelligence Division. Your role will involve owning key FP&A processes and collaborating with senior finance leaders to ensure high-quality outcomes in Budgeting, Forecasting, Month close, and other areas. LSEG's Risk Intelligence business focuses on delivering advanced risk, identity, and screening solutions to help organizations in addressing financial crime, regulatory compliance, and fraud risk. Key Responsibility: - Run key Revenue processes such as Revenue planning, forecasting, and Budgeting, and provide insightful business commentary. - Act as a bridge between Business Partner finance teams and Divisional FP&A teams to ensure alignment on approach and assumptions during Forecast/Budget cycles. - Support adhoc requests involving analysis of Sales/Revenue trends by region, business, product, client, etc. - Evaluate the relevance and value of management reports being produced and identify opportunities for rationalization, automation, or enhancements. - Drive an ambitious agenda for change in the FP&A team and broader finance. Qualification Required: - 7-10 years of relevant experience in Revenue Finance/FP&A. - Proficient in collaborating and delivering results in a fast-paced, complex global business environment. - Strong commercial approach, good communication/storytelling skills, and analytical approach. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources. - Exposure to financial transformation is an added advantage but not mandatory. - Professional Finance Qualification such as MBA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent would be key.
