Manager - Finance

As a Manager-Finance at VRV Asia Pacific Pvt. Ltd, a Chart Industries Company, located in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, your role is crucial in ensuring financial stability and success for the designated business segment. Here's what you will be responsible for: - Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior managers through evaluation of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and financial reporting. - Maintain internal safeguards for revenue receipts, costs, team, and organizational budgets, along with actual expenditures. - Conduct monthly forecasting including production forecast with customer-wise profitability analysis. - Manage stock valuation of raw material, work in process, and finished goods. - Lead the quarterly planning and forecasting processes for the emerging market. - Develop and enforce internal controls to protect company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows. - Perform process costing and department-wise cost analysis. - Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports. - Oversee and support the accounting team with dynamic leadership to foster trust and productivity. - Conduct debtor and creditors reconciliation. Qualifications required for this position: - Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in any manufacturing industry. - Good exposure to SAP (FICO) and knowledge in JD Edwards will be an added advantage. - Possess sharp analytical skills with an eye for details and strong problem-solving abilities.
