Job Description

As a Finance Manager for the group companies, your role will involve overseeing financial operations, compliance, and reporting with a specific focus on US accounting standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and overseeing full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions for group companies. - Ensuring timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements. - Handling consolidation of accounts across multiple group entities. - Monitoring cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for the group. - Reviewing and managing tax compliance for both Indian and US jurisdictions. - Developing internal financial controls, policies, and procedures to streamline operations. - Supervising a team of accountants, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations. - Coordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance standards are met. - Preparing management reports, variance analyses, and recommendations for cost control and profitability improvement. - Providing financial insights to senior leadership to support strategic business decisions. - Handling intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and cross-border financial matters. Qualifications required for this role include: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. - CPA or CFA certifications will be considered a strong advantage. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
