ANSR provides full-suite of services in the Finance & Accounts domain to the GCC (Global Capability Centre) partners. This includes accounting, local & statutory compliances, reporting activities, business advisory, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, FP&A, setting up internal controls & processes and support to leadership team & parent organization. The GCCs are subsidiaries of large global organizations (listed or unlisted) in their home countries and are driven by way of strong culture of transparency, high standards of performance, strong controls on compliances and high level of accountability. The finance team works very closely with the GCC leadership and ANSR account managers to provide support through the entire lifecycle of the GCC.
The present position is at one of the GCC partner which was established in early 2018. The GCC provided IT services to its group entities across the border.
1. Develop and maintain standard processes relevant to GCCs finance, accounts and compliance functions.
2. Ownership of following activities:
3. Maintains budget controls and ensures adherence before issuance of purchase orders, vendor contracts.
4. Forecasting and cash position analysis.
5. Maintains records and ensures accurate financial reporting to the Board of Directors in line with statutory and internal governance requirements.
6. Prepares appropriate reports for cost reporting of GCC, analysis against budget.
7. Ensures quality control over financial transactions, financial reporting, accuracy and integrity of the books of account and the financial information generated.
8. Understand and support the needs to GCC leadership team related to finance function and ensures delivery.
9. Focus and support for completion of Statutory, tax audit and tax filings along with finance leader.
1. Self-starter with the ability to work and lead in a fast-paced, complex and challenging environment.
2. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with focus on accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Big 4 experience for 1-3 years will be an added advantage.
1) Strong financial aptitude with 5+ years of work experience having exposure to General Accounting, Finance control, taxation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and other transactional Finance activities.
2) Working knowledge of local Indian financial reporting and tax compliance requirements
3) Strong proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
4) Maturity/handling confidential information
5) Knowledge of Indian GAAP and taxes as the candidate be responsible for completion of both statutory, tax audit and transfer pricing certification in a timely manner with no audit observation.
6) Exposure of preparation of deliverables for Leadership and Board meetings.
CA with 5+ years experience.
