Job Title: Manager - Feed Processing Unit

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Feed Processing Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and feed processing, specifically in poultry, goat, and cattle feed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the feed processing unit

- Ensure quality control and product consistency

- Manage production teams and optimize workflow

- Develop and implement feed formulations for poultry, goat, and cattle

- Identify and source raw materials

- Knowledge in green fodder cultivation and concentrate feed formulas

- Monitor inventory and supply chain logistics

- Collaborate with quality assurance and veterinary teams

Requirements:

- PG or UG degree in Animal Nutrition or related field

- Proven experience in animal feed processing industry, specifically in poultry, goat, and cattle feed

- Strong knowledge of animal nutrition and feed production

- Leadership and team management skills

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Experience working in animal feed processing industries (minimum [X] years)
