Manager Facility

As a Manager Facility at Sara Builders, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of residential complexes. Your responsibilities will include: - Interaction with property owners/residents to handle their grievances in a timely and proper manner. - Overseeing and controlling housekeeping, horticulture, security, and sanitation services. - Providing Property Management service to ensure all amenities are resourced and maintained. - Ensuring all services are performed according to Standard Service Specifications. - Coordinating in the preparation of budgets for Property management and managing them accordingly. - Managing the smooth maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment in the estate. - Ensuring timely collection of dues from residents on a regular basis. - Developing and managing vendors for maintenance and renovations in the estate. - Preparation of Monthly MIS reports and data management. The ideal candidate for this role should have: - Experience in managing facilities of residential complexes/Real Estate. - Experience in managing people across multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds, and security.
