Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Facilities Management at our location in Roorkee. The Manager Facilities Management will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of building maintenance, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, supervising facility staff, and coordinating with external vendors. This role also involves analyzing facility needs and planning for future requirements.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance
• Proficient in Budgeting and Analytical Skills
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant qualification in facility management or a related field is an advantage
• Previous experience in a school or college is a plus
