Manager - Events & BTL Activation

As a dynamic and high-energy marketing professional with 3+ years of experience in planning and executing BTL marketing activities, you will play a crucial role at Massive Mobility Pvt Ltd. Key Responsibilities: - Planning and overseeing Ground Activation & Promotions on a regular basis. - Organizing and managing events, including preparation and execution of Events & Exhibitions. - Strategizing and implementing all Below-the-Line (BTL) activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, promotions, and brand placement. - Developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and recall. - Establishing a strong network of vendors and agencies for promotional activities across different regions. - Defining project/campaign guidelines and ensuring adherence to briefs. - Managing customer databases for effective communication and service delivery. - Engaging with customers post-purchase to provide excellent after-sales support. - Building and maintaining relationships with BTL companies. - Conducting Mystery Market visits to assess and audit market performance both quantitatively and qualitatively. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or MBA in Mass Communication. - 3+ years of experience in sales, ATL/BTL marketing, in-store communication, or a similar role. - Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
