Manager, Enterprise Strategy

As a professional at RSM, you will play a crucial role in operating model design within Sales functions, business process improvement, and organizational digital transformation. Your primary responsibility will be to scale experience transformation as a practice and develop assets to enhance service offerings within RSM. Additionally, you will focus on the following key areas: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is a requirement for this role - Technical knowledge of CRM-to-ERP in Lead to Order and Order to Cash processes is essential - Strong technical expertise in how sales functions utilize CRM systems for operational enhancement is a must - Experience in consulting on large C/EX solutions, including Sales Tech, marketing campaigns, and organizational transformation projects is preferred - Industry experience in sales is required, while experience in marketing and service operations is preferred - Effective management of client relationships to exceed expectations in a consulting firm environment is a key requirement - Proficient communication with client project teams, executive sponsors, and internal practice groups is crucial - Establishing and maintaining relationships with professionals and centers of influence is desirable Your role at RSM will involve analyzing, developing, and documenting improvement opportunities, such as business process mapping and technology implementation related to front-office technologies like CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM). You will also be engaged in client relationship management, supervision of staff, onsite client projects, and the development of Experience Transformation services in the marketplace. You may also be involved in pursuing new opportunities with a consultative approach to growing strategic accounts.
