The primary focus of this role involves operating model design in Sales functions, business process design and improvement, and organizational digital and experiential transformation. This role will help scale experience transformation as a practice and set of disciplines, with the development of assets and expansion of service offerings within RSM as secondary components. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required. - Technical knowledge of CRM-to-ERP in Lead to Order and Order to Cash processes is required. - Strong technical knowledge and experience with how sales functions leverage CRM systems to improve operations is required. - Experience consulting on large C/EX solutions, including Sales Tech such as CRM systems, marketing, branding, advertising campaigns, and large organizational transformation projects is preferred. - Industry experience in sales is required, while experience in marketing and service operations is preferred. - Ability to effectively manage overall client relationships to exceed client expectations in a sophisticated large consulting firm environment is required. - Ability to provide effective communication to client project teams, executive sponsors, and internal practice groups is required. - Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with centers of influence and professionals is preferred. Responsibilities: - Conducting analysis, development, and documentation of improvement opportunities, including business process mapping and technology implementation in front-office focused technologies like CRM systems. - Managing client relationship, supervising staff, overseeing (onsite) client projects, and developing Experience Transformation services within the larger marketplace. - Pursuing new opportunities with a consultative approach to growing strategic accounts.
