Manager, Engineering

As a Lead Full Stack Developer at this company, you will have the following responsibilities: - Leading and mentoring a diverse team of full stack developers in an Agile/Scrum environment - Collaborating with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements - Driving the software development process from planning, design, and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance - Ensuring that the team follows best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions - Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders - Working closely with the US-based teams to align development efforts with the overall company strategy and vision - Performing people management, providing mentorship to the development team and encouraging the culture of continuous learning Key Skills required for this role include: - Microsoft technologies C#, .NET, MVC, SQL Server, .NET Entity Framework, Microservices, jQuery, JavaScript, Angular, AWS Cloud Services Qualifications needed for this position are: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft technologies, including .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C# - Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large development teams (15+ members) in an Agile/Scrum environment - Extensive expertise in Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET Core, MVC, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS 3.0 - Experience in AWS Cloud services - Sound knowledge of database management systems, with hands-on experience in SQL Server - Deep understanding of software development processes, methodologies and tools - Familiarity with additional infrastructure and services such as New Relic, SSRS & Microservices Architecture - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones to achieve project goals and meet deadlines - Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision Please note that Qualifacts is an equal opportunity employer, celebrating diversity and committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.,
