Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of engineering and systems specialists.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between software development, data migration, and Intacct support teams.
Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with leadership to report progress, surface challenges, and align on priorities.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to quality standards.
Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency across the group.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience managing technical teams across software engineering and systems implementation.
Strong understanding of Python development, Django framework, Azure storage, and Sage Intacct.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Experience in project planning, resource allocation, and performance management.
Background in finance systems, especially within nonprofit or professional services environments.
Familiarity with data migration strategies and cloud infrastructure.
Experience working in or with the BOS group or similar operational units.
PMP or similar project management certification.
