Analysing the workflow to improve process quality and enhance productivity. Contribute to the teams' processes and quality standards. Developing the organization's policies to motivate & retain the manpower. Skills and Qualifications 7-15 years extensive exposure in patient Eligibility and Benefits Verification in US Healthcare RCM process At least 5 years experience in team management Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven ability in both written & verbal communication. Previous experience with Microsoft Office suite experience (Word & Excel).
