Job Description

Role Overview: Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation, a pioneering electrical and automation brand with over 70 years of legacy in India, is seeking a Manager - Electrical Maintenance for their Vadodara factory. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical and electronics machine maintenance, maintenance of assembly lines, PLC programming, troubleshooting, continuous improvement initiatives, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Possess good knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical and electronics machine maintenance - Manage maintenance of assembly lines efficiently - Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement them effectively - Hands-on experience with LabVIEW (Optional but advantageous) - Basic understanding of mechanical assemblies - Knowledge and experience of maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems - Competent in working with Power distribution systems up to 11 KV - Experience in working with TPM and TQM methodologies Qualification Required: - Diploma in Electrical/Electronics - Preferred job experience in switchgear manufacturing, Automobile engineering, or SPM machine maintenance Become a part of Schneider Electric's inclusive and caring culture by applying today.
