Job Description

Interpret the drawings, specifications, BOQ and execute the Electrical Works Including Internal and External electrification.
Good Knowledge and experience in HT, LT and DG works in both residential and commercial projects.
Good Knowledge and Experience in extra low voltage system.
Manage Day to day responsible activities assigned for the project.
Check for Quality in Electrical works and Erection installation, testing and commissioning of all electrical equipment.
Undertake site observation and also need to plan, organize the review and evaluate the work.
Lead the planning, sequencing and implementation of Project for Electrical works.
Cost estimation of Electrical works on the basis of various rate schedule of market analysis.
Attending design review meetings and provide valuable inputs to the design consultant considering the project requirements.
Attending respective project Monthly meetings, preparing notes.
Responsible for coordination with site plans, architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical and plumbing, low voltage, fire protection services with respect to project requirement.
