Job Description

Designation - Manager/ Dy Manager

Department - Frame Design & Thermal

location - Hyderabad - Seetharampur Plant (Near Aiport)

Proficient in design and development of Chassis assembly and frame design for bus, Tractor and Truck vehicle.
Ensure timely execution of product development phases, including concept, design, prototyping, testing, and production.
Do system level DFMEA for chassis frame aggregate and implement the actions in design.
Work on potential design issues during testing and do corrective actions as necessary and update system level DFMEA
Do DFA , DFM and DFS with the CFT team before design release.
Release and oversee the complete development lifecycle for bus/truck chassis aggregate systems, as per timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Expert of CAD/Cre O software and CAE tools for design and analysis.
Experience of Product lifecycle management (PLM) process for releasing the aggregate.
Digital Mock-Up(DMU) preparation of Aggregates
