Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identification and implementation of process improvement projects (end-to-end conceptualization, project management and implementation) which lead to measurable improvement in DC and Distribution metrics.
Establish and promote Lean Six Sigma processes like transactional Kaizens, 5S, SIPOC
Develop and continuously train operational teams in quality and Lean concepts.
Analyse trends and patterns of key supply chain metrics with the help of Control Charts to drive decision-making.
Perform Value stream mapping of supply chain activities to identify and remove the non-value-added activities.
Plan and implement SCM Internal Process Audits (Last mile, Middle mile, Order Processing, Inventory, Inbound)
Analyse the repeated non-conformances across DCs and XDs and conduct thorough root-cause to identify the underlying factors contributing to business challenges, process inefficiencies, and performance gaps.
Work with the DC and Distribution teams to ensure internal and external audit compliance and timely actions on OFIs if any
Drive Continuous Improvement - Quantitative and qualitative to improve Supply Chain costs, quality, and service
Develop analytics that support team KPI improvement and deep dive analysis to identify root cause and implement corrective action
Reassess KPIs & operations metrics/SLAs & design Automated Dashboards for centralized performance monitoring.
