Manager - Digitalization & HMM

Role Overview: You will be joining the India Foods Business as a Digitization & Cost leader at the Nashik plant, playing a crucial role in driving digital transformation initiatives. Your focus will be on implementing and optimizing digital solutions across the supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall plant performance. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of cost optimization strategies within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of digital solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors, including project planning, execution, testing, and deployment. - Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives using digital technologies, including data analysis, developing cost-saving strategies, and tracking progress against targets. - Collaborate across the supply chain to identify and implement digitization opportunities that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve traceability. - Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, measure solution effectiveness, and provide regular reports to management. - Effectively communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing digital solutions, explore new technologies, and maintain proficiency in relevant digital technologies. - Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges related to digital solutions while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or a related field. - 7-8 years of experience in a digitization or similar role within a manufacturing environment. - Proven track record of successfully implementing digital solutions and driving cost improvements. - Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, proficiency in data analysis tools, excellent project management skills, and strong communication abilities. - Experience with ERP systems, MES, data analytics platforms, process automation, PLC, servers, historians, etc. *Note: The additional details of the company have been omitted as they were not present in the provided job description.,
