About the Role:

Key Deliverables:

  • Drive sales performance from digital partnership leads
  • Manage complete lead funnel from the Partnerships to LSQ and drive the lead qualification process through the Call Center
  • Manage and mentor the on-ground sales team (RMs & SMs) across 4 locations.
  • Ensure leads received from digital partners are uploaded, tracked, and processed through the lead management system.
  • Work closely with the call centre to drive response time, lead qualification, and conversions.
  • Drive relationship with CSC, SpiceMoney and new partners, track meetings and generate leads for the partners
  • Report on performance metrics and ensure achievement of disbursement targets
  • Responsible to design, implement, measure Digital Journeys, campaigns and organic marketing activities to ensure Business outcomes
