Key Responsibilities:

• SAP MM Implementation & Optimization:

  Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP MM solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment. Optimize materials management processes such as procurement, inventory management, and vendor management.

• Business Process Alignment:

  Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into SAP MM configurations, and align SAP processes with business goals.

• Team Leadership & Mentoring:

  Manage and mentor a team of SAP MM consultants, ensuring their professional growth and successful execution of projects. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

• Configuration & Customization:

  Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP MM solutions, ensuring that business requirements are met effectively and efficiently.

• System Support & Issue Resolution:

  Provide ongoing support for SAP MM systems, troubleshooting issues, and recommending solutions to optimize system performance. Coordinate incident and problem management processes.

• Testing & Quality Assurance:

  Lead the testing phases (unit testing, integration testing, UAT) to ensure that SAP MM solutions are functioning as expected and meet business needs.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize SAP MM processes and adopt best practices.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of problems.

• Integration with Other SAP Modules:

  Ensure seamless integration between SAP MM and other SAP modules like SD, WM, FI/CO, and PP to ensure end-to-end process efficiency.

• Project Management:

  Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling for SAP MM-related projects. Ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.

• Training & Documentation:

  Provide training to end-users on SAP MM functionality and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in SAP MM:

  Strong hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management, including procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.

• Process Optimization:

  Deep understanding of business processes and best practices related to procurement, inventory control, and materials planning.

• SAP Configuration & Customization:

  Extensive experience in configuring and customizing SAP MM to meet business requirements.

• Leadership Skills:

  Proven ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring high performance and successful delivery of SAP MM projects.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with business teams, IT teams, and vendors.

• Problem-Solving:

  Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the SAP MM module.

• Project Management:

  Solid experience in managing SAP projects, including scope definition, project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

• Integration Skills:

  Knowledge of SAP MM integration with other modules like SAP SD, SAP WM, SAP FI/CO, etc.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Ability to drive process improvement initiatives and ensure the adoption of best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SAP certification in SAP MM module (preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working in SAP MM, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience with full-cycle SAP MM implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing SAP MM-related projects and cross-functional teams.
