Job Description

As a Manager, Data Scientist at Genpact, you will be responsible for utilizing statistical and data science techniques to solve business problems such as forecasting, segmentation, and classification. Your expertise in analytical modeling will be crucial as you work independently from understanding the business problem to deploying models. Experience in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry is preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize cloud computing for data analysis - Manage demand effectively - Utilize technical capabilities in programming, statistics, and forecasting - Code proficiently in the cloud and possess experience with data bricks - Apply statistical knowledge in predictive modeling - Expertise in Python, R, Advance SQL, Alteryx, and MS Office tools - Exposure to BI tools like Tableau and Power BI - Develop time forecasting and demand forecasting models - Incorporate feedback and deploy models in production Qualifications Required: Minimum Qualifications: - Proficiency in statistical and data science techniques - Skills in Python, Alteryx, SQL, MS Office tools, and R - Strong understanding of data science, statistical, and modeling techniques - Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Strong personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines - Flexibility to adapt to various engagement types, working hours, environments, and locations - Excellent communication and negotiation skills Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm with a diverse workforce spanning across 30+ countries.
