Job Description

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for supporting system assessment and IT implementation as part of the End-to-end Data Create process implementation for Right First Time (RFT) data entry. This includes performing impact assessments where GPS systems are affected due to data lifecycle design changes, guiding retrofit activities to enable data lifecycle processes, and working with IT for system implementation and testing. Your role will also involve ensuring sustainment plans align with GPS Network standards and SOP documentation. You will drive new attribute implementation into the Decision Intelligence capability by translating Data Lifecycle designs into action plans and coordinating testing. Collaboration with the Data Strategy and Governance team and Decision Intelligence CoE will be essential to integrate necessary Business Rule/standard updates and ensure testing plans are in place for the Data Quality dashboard. To qualify for this role, you should hold a B.S. or BA in supply chain, management, and/or engineering, with experience across multiple Global Product Development and Supply business functions. Operational excellence experience and familiarity with Strategic Data Management disciplines, including Data Governance, Master Data Management, and Data Quality Management, are desired. Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulatory requirements is important, especially in Biotech/Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Experience in ERP systems like SAP and Oracle, particularly in SAP deployment and implementation, is essential. Additional requirements for this role include strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and analytical capabilities. You should be able to lead cross-functional project teams effectively, hold yourself and others accountable for results, and build collaborative relationships to drive business forward. Change agility and digital dexterity are also key qualities needed, as you will be expected to navigate change with confidence and leverage emerging technologies for better business outcomes. Overall, this role requires a candidate with a diverse skill set and experience in data management, system implementation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business excellence and innovation.,
