This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines for analytics and decision-making.Responsibilities. Lead and manage end-to-end data engineering projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams including analytics, product, and engineering.. Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Redshift, SQL, and AWS services (e.g., S3, Glue, Lambda).. Optimize Redshift clusters and SQL queries for performance and cost-efficiency.. Serve as the domain expert for data modeling, architecture, and warehousing best practices.. Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and data quality issues.. Mentor junior engineers and enforce coding and architectural standards.. Own the data lifecycle: from ingestion and transformation to validation and delivery for reporting.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications. Good years of experience in data engineering or a related field.. Proven expertise in AWS Redshift, advanced SQL, and modern data pipeline tools.. Hands-on experience with data lakes, data warehousing, and distributed systems.. Strong understanding of data governance, security, and performance tuning.. Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and drive them to completion.. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
. Experience with Python, PySpark, and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow).. Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight)..
