Job Description

Role Overview: As a Billing Process Monitor, your role will involve tracking BL data and recurring FC, monitoring exceptional approved cases, providing B2B visibility and booking support to the team, ensuring CH Release for High Value orders, arranging stock including 3PP, notifying the Project team with booking details, coordinating transportation and vendors, delivering updates to internal and external customers, supporting documentations for the Project Team, assisting in AMC billing, and monitoring Named Accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for CFO Booking and Billing support, including monitoring BL data for MDCS, coordinating B2B orders, aligning billing based on KPIs, facilitating digital invoice copies post-invoice completion, and creating IPROC for vendors.
