Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a presentable, well-spoken Customer Service Manager who can-

  • Manage end-to-end BPO/Contact Centre operations with P&L ownership and focus on profitability.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients and leadership, driving process improvements and customer experience.
  • Oversee key functions including Sales, WFM, Training, Quality, and Stakeholder Management.
  • Strong knowledge of omni-channel operations, market trends, and excellent communication skills.
