Role Overview: You should have over 10 years of experience in customer service transformation and solution design, with proven expertise in leading large-scale customer service or contact center transformation projects. Your exposure to customer experience design framework will be essential as you design and develop tailored solutions in response to RFPs, RFIs, and business development initiatives. Your role will involve leading the end-to-end transformation of customer service operations to enhance customer experience, reduce costs, and drive operational efficiency. Additionally, you will need to redesign service processes (voice, chat, email, social) to align with digital-first and customer-centric strategies.
