Job Description

As a Technology Manager at our company, your role will involve engaging with business solution teams independently to understand their requirements for new platform services. You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security in compliance with EXL guidelines. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with other technology teams to integrate new technologies and services, leading regular performance tuning and troubleshooting sessions, and overseeing cloud and VMware infrastructure deployment and optimization on platforms like AWS, VMware, and Hyper-V. It will be your duty to ensure cost-effectiveness and security compliance while implementing high-availability services to minimize downtime during critical scenarios. You will also manage upgrade and migration projects to align with EXL security policies.
