Manager-Customer Service Strategy & Planning-Planner

As a Technology Manager at our company, your role will involve independently engaging with business solution teams to understand their requirements for new platform services. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security in accordance with EXL guidelines. Your duties will include coordinating with other technology teams to integrate new technologies and services, as well as leading regular performance tuning and troubleshooting sessions. You will also oversee cloud and VMware infrastructure deployment and optimization on platforms such as AWS, VMware, and Hyper-V, ensuring cost-effectiveness and security compliance. Your leadership will be crucial in implementing high-availability services to minimize downtime during critical scenarios, in addition to managing upgrade and migration projects to align with EXL security policies. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with business solution teams to understand requirements for new platform services - Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure - Coordinate with other technology teams to integrate new technologies and services - Lead performance tuning and troubleshooting sessions - Oversee cloud and VMware infrastructure deployment and optimization - Implement high-availability services to minimize downtime - Manage upgrade and migration projects to align with security policies Qualifications Required: - Understanding, adoption, and adherence to IT Service Management standards in an ITIL framework, including incident/change management In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the role may require providing 24x7 support including weekends as necessary.,
