Manager CSR & Fundraising

The Global Thought Foundation (GTF) is dedicated to empowering the underprivileged communities through initiatives focusing on Education, Environment, Women Empowerment, and Healthcare. In partnership with Ollato Pvt. Ltd., we have successfully raised over 20 million and implemented more than 20 impactful projects across Maharashtra. As our organization grows, we are seeking a dedicated and outcome-oriented professional to spearhead our CSR and fundraising efforts. As the ideal candidate, your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing fundraising strategies to secure CSR funding from corporate partners and agencies. You will be tasked with fostering and nurturing strong relationships with companies and CSR foundations, as well as designing and executing regular CSR programs that align with GTF's overarching mission. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing meetings to explore CSR grants and funding opportunities, and effectively leading and coordinating teams and agencies to ensure the seamless execution of CSR initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in CSR, fundraising, or NGO management. A graduate degree in any discipline is required, with a postgraduate qualification being preferred. Your success in this position will be bolstered by your extensive network and connections within corporate CSR agencies, coupled with your exceptional communication, strategic planning, and relationship management skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at our designated location.,
