Personal Driver Location: Thane, Mumbai Metropolitan Region Job Type: On-Call | Full-Time | Sunday Off (with flexible adjustment) Job Overview: We are looking for a reliable, well-mannered, and experienced Personal Driver to assist the Head of our company in daily commutes and related travel duties across Thane and Mumbai. The ideal candidate should demonstrate high standards of professionalism, understand the lifestyle of high-profile individuals, and maintain confidentiality at all times. Key Responsibilities: Drive an automatic transmission four-wheeler safely and responsibly within Mumbai and Thane. Be available on call as per the requirement of the company head. Maintain a strictly professional appearance – formal dress code required. Ensure regular maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle. Assist the company head with language/luggage carrying and other basic personal assistance. Adhere to punctuality, privacy, and confidentiality at all times. Be available for early morning starts, late evenings, or late-night pickups/drops when required. Manage off-days in coordination with the company schedule (Sunday off; to be adjusted if the company head is out of station). Report any vehicle issues immediately and arrange for timely servicing and repairs. Keep daily logs and maintain records of mileage, petrol usage, and servicing. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 2 years of experience driving for corporate or high-profile clients. Must reside in or near Thane city . Familiar with Mumbai traffic routes, road conditions, and alternate paths . Fluent in Marathi , with basic Hindi or English understanding. Non-smoker, non-drinker – no exceptions. Smooth and safe driving style with a strong sense of responsibility. Strong interpersonal skills, calm demeanor, and professional etiquette. Willing to work with flexible hours as per the company head’s schedule. Preferred Candidate Profile: Local candidates from Thane city only. Prior experience working with senior executives or high-profile individuals . Technically aware of vehicle upkeep and responsible for vehicle health and documentation. Physically fit and mentally alert with a disciplined work ethic.
