Trainer & Facilitator for Wellness and Educational Programs

About Us:

Ollato Eduversity is a leading educational institution dedicated to fostering holistic learning and personal growth. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trainer/Workshop Facilitator to join our team and deliver engaging training and workshop sessions for our wellness and educational programs.

Job Description:

• Design and deliver training and workshop sessions for wellness and educational programs
• Utilize public speaking skills to engage and inspire participants
• Develop and implement program content that aligns with our institutional goals
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure program effectiveness

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in any STEAM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, or Mathematics)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training, teaching, or facilitation
• Excellent public speaking skills with a proven track record in delivering engaging sessions
• Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English – both spoken and written
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing and delivering workshops or training programs
• Knowledge of wellness and educational program development
• Familiarity with educational institutions or similar settings
