Job Description

As a key operational executive within the business, your role involves supporting the senior management team in effectively delivering the business strategy. Your responsibilities include: - Managing and controlling all operational functions of the Branch - Clearly defining roles and responsibilities for all team members - Ensuring adequate coordination with the centralized operations team to maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction - Increasing product awareness among the operations team to enable them to handle walk-in customers effectively - Guiding the operations team to cross-sell the company's products to walk-in customers - Being accountable for the back-end operations of the branch and adhering to TAT and SLAs for all operational activities - Ensuring accurate cash management and tallying of accounts in the system with the help of tellers and assistant branch managers - Ensuring compliance with end-of-day branch reconciliation - Overseeing branch administration activities, including coordination with IT, infrastructure, security, secured stationary (operations), unsecured stationary (Admin), and housekeeping - Ensuring process-level compliance through accurate document collection from customers and adherence to RBI regulations - Maintaining consistency with main operations center policies, procedures, and workflow while adapting to market-specific practices - Partnering with sales production staff and other internal/external departments to establish loan performance expectations - Monitoring quality assurance and timeliness of processing, underwriting, and closing workflow - Staying updated on changes related to the retail loan industry and suggesting process changes to ensure compliance - Fostering collaborative relationships with sales managers to ensure optimal communication and focus between sales and processing - Ensuring zero critical and repeated audit observations and no open customer complaints beyond defined timelines - Reviewing operational scorecards to identify root causes of exceptions, trends, training opportunities, system or process enhancements, and performance development needs Qualifications required for this role include: - Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline,
