As a part of the CRM team at Piramal Realty, your role involves providing after sales support by managing documentation and system entries efficiently. You will collaborate with key internal stakeholders such as Projects, Sales, Finance, and IT Teams, as well as key external stakeholders including Customers, Vendors, and Channel Partners. Key Responsibilities: - Manage documentation related to after sales support - Ensure accurate and timely entry of information into the system - Collaborate effectively with Projects, Sales, Finance, and IT Teams - Build and maintain relationships with Customers, Vendors, and Channel Partners Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Prior experience in CRM or after sales support is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Proficiency in documentation and system entries Please note that travel requirements for this position are low.,
