Affinity is pioneering new frontiers in AdTech: developing solutions that push past todays limits and open up new opportunities We are a global AdTech company helping publishers discover better ways to monetize and enabling advertisers to reach the right audiences through new touchpoints Operating across 10+ markets in Asia, the US, and Europe with a team of over 500+ experts, we are building privacy-first ad infrastructure that opens up opportunities beyond the walled gardens Role: Manager, Creative (Graphic Design) Work Location: Mumbai (Malad) About Role: Were building a fast-growing advertising ecosystem with 7+ brands, and we need a graphic design expert who can turn brand direction into high-quality, scalable templates and visual assets Youll be the engine behind our daily creative outputdesigning templates, producing graphics, and ensuring consistent, on-brand execution across all teams Roles & Responsibility: Template systems: Build, maintain, and scale a comprehensive template ecosystem (digital, print, social, presentations, event collateral) that supports high-volume creative needs across the organization Ensure templates are intuitive, consistent, and adaptable for multiple brands Graphic execution: Deliver high-quality graphic assets social posts, banners, decks, brochures, emailers, event materials, and campaign visuals using established brand guidelines as the foundation Adapt layouts and visual treatments to match each business units identity Brand system expansion: Collaborate with the Brand Design team to interpret, extend, and evolve graphic elements including icons, layout patterns, illustrations, typography styles, and content display systems Bring new visual ideas and approaches that elevate everyday design Workflow & quality: Maintain clean file structures, naming systems, and version control practices that allow assets to scale seamlessly Ensure every output aligns with brand standards, technical specifications, and production requirements Creative innovation: Identify opportunities to streamline production through automation, template logic, and new design techniques Explore new visual formats, data visualizations, and content-display innovations that improve clarity and storytelling Required Skills: 58 years in graphic design, with strong experience supporting multi-brand or high-volume marketing environments Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with working knowledge of Figma for template adaptation or component-based workflows A strong foundation in layout design, typography, color theory, composition, and modular graphic systems Proven experience building templates, libraries, or scalable asset systems not just single-use designs Ability to translate brand guidelines and identity systems into everyday execution frameworks A portfolio showcasing digital, print, and campaign design, with clear examples of systemized or repetitive-use design work Excellent communication skills: able to articulate design decisions and collaborate with marketing, sales, and business-unit teams Highly organized mindset: file hygiene, process-driven workflows, consistency, and attention to technical detail Bonus: experience with motion graphics, data visualization, or automation workflows (eg scripts, plugins) What Success Looks Like Year 1: Establish a standardized, scalable template ecosystem used across all business units Reduce repetitive design cycles by 3040% through reusable components and improved workflows Deliver a consistent, high-quality graphic production system that elevates everyday execution Growth path: Demonstrate ownership in graphic systems, collaboration, and creative problem-solving with the opportunity to build and lead the graphic design function as we scale Why Join Us Shape the visual execution backbone of a fast-growing advertising tech portfolio Work in a lean, high-impact team within a growing design organization Direct influence on how multiple brands show up across campaigns, content, and marketing channels Build scalable systems not just assets that improve efficiency and creative output company wide Experiment, innovate, and push design boundaries without agency red tape Clear growth trajectory based on performance and impact
