Manager- Corporate Strategy

As a Manager in the Corporate Strategy team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the portfolio composition and competitive strategy of our organization. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and the leadership team, providing valuable insights and recommendations. Additionally, you will lead a team of 3 strategy analysts based in India, overseeing their work and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Your responsibilities will include project management, collaborating with business unit teams, and developing strategies to address complex business challenges. You will be tasked with analyzing industry dynamics, identifying growth opportunities, and creating analytical models to support strategic decision-making. Your ability to effectively communicate and present complex ideas will be essential in driving the strategic planning process forward. To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable institution, preferably with an MBA, and have at least 7 years of experience in market research or management consulting. Experience in team management and a track record of leadership potential will be highly valued.
