Manager Corporate Services

Role Overview: As a Manager Corporate Services, you will be responsible for global planning, purchasing, and maintaining vehicles for deliveries, as well as overseeing all commercial vehicles, drivers, and related assets. Your role involves ensuring vehicles and drivers are utilized efficiently and cost-effectively while complying with policies and regulations. Additionally, you will administer the Corporate Travel & Expense credit card for the United States. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary contact for the external fleet provider and internal car users. - Co-create and modify cost-optimized car policies for each country in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. - Monitor and evaluate local car policies for efficiency and competitiveness. - Develop methods to optimize fleet costs and improve efficiency. - Assist in purchasing and handing over vehicles to users, ensuring formal compliance. - Monitor timely car services, tire exchanges, and address any non-compliance issues. - Provide management with reports on budgeting, schedules, maintenance, and fleet progress. - Control costs and approve fleet management-related invoices. - Provide support in emergency cases requiring assistance, such as car accidents or temporary replacement cars. - Approve new TE credit card applications and manage individual cardholder accounts. - Monitor and manage spend for TE cardholders, adjusting credit limits as necessary. - Provide monthly spend reports to Executive Administrators and aid TE cardholders as needed. - Manage changes to individual cardholder accounts. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's and/or technical degree in a relevant field (preferred Business Management, HR, or Engineering). - Minimum of 3 years of proven track record in fleet management within a multinational company. - Experience and networking skills in an international environment, with strong communication and relationship management abilities. - Service-oriented mindset with excellent English communication skills, German proficiency at B1 level, and knowledge of other languages as an asset. - Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is beneficial. - Data management skills for analytics and decision-making, along with high time management abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.,
