Job Description

As a Manager of Corporate Sales at Stellar Gymkhana Club, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic corporate tie-ups, promotional activities, and targeted marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing new business opportunities through corporate client acquisition and relationship management. - Promoting club memberships, banqueting, events, and other facilities to corporate clients. - Planning and executing marketing campaigns using traditional and digital media. - Leveraging social media platforms to enhance engagement and visibility for the Club. - Preparing proposals, presentations, and business pitches for prospective clients. - Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the hospitality and corporate segments. - Achieving monthly and annual sales targets. - Regularly visiting clients and prospects across Noida and Greater Noida. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate in any field; MBA in Marketing preferred. - Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate sales within the hotel or travel industry. - Sound knowledge of social media marketing and digital promotion strategies. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with the Noida and Greater Noida corporate market is essential. - Must possess a valid driving license and own conveyance for local sales activities. Preferred attributes for this role: - Professional, self-motivated, and target-oriented. - Experience in handling high-value corporate clients. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
