Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and continually improve financial projections, operating forecasts, and budgeting processes

  for the organization.

• Support the annual budgeting or target-setting activity

  for the entire organization, as well as for individual departments.

• Develop, analyze, and interpret actual department performance versus budgets (or targets)

  , providing clear insights to various stakeholders.

• Establish and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  , encompassing both business and financial metrics, and create reports to effectively manage and measure business performance.
• Be

  adept at building comprehensive management reports

  by combining multiple data sources.

• Provide financial business partnership and decision support

  to various departmental stakeholders, guiding their strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a similar role, ideally within a corporate setting.
