Manager Corporate Finance

As a Manager - Finance, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks related to financial management and trade finance activities. Your role will involve: - Managing working capital and fund raising activities to ensure smooth financial operations. - Overseeing Trade Finance activities, including matters related to Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantees, PCL, PCFC, Bill Discounting, and Limit Monitoring. - Coordinating and negotiating with banks for Trade Finance matters while ensuring compliance with Bank/RBI/FEMA regulations. - Making well-informed decisions on hedging and monitoring sales invoices, receivables, and bank reconciliation processes. - Assisting in Fund Management through Daily Fund Plan and Cash Flow details, with a focus on Working Capital Management. - Handling Audit requirements, both Statutory & Internal, and preparing all Audit-related workings as per Auditor's requirements. - Ensuring proper maintenance and updation of Debtors Statement, Comdex File Updation, and guiding team members to enhance overall efficiency. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives.
