Manager, Corporate Development and Investor Relations

Role Overview: You will be joining Droom as a Corporate Development and Investor Relations professional, working closely with the founder to support capital raising activities, strategic initiatives, and investor relations efforts. Your role will require 2-6 years of experience in finance or consulting, strong financial modeling and valuation skills, an MBA from Ivy League colleges like IIMs, ISB, or similar institutions, and domain knowledge in E-Commerce, automobile, and tech sectors. Your excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and passion for business growth and relationship-building will be key assets in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, and financial models for capital raising activities. - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for strategic decision-making. - Conduct valuation analysis to evaluate business opportunities and investments. - Support due diligence processes for potential acquisitions, partnerships, or investments. - Develop and nurture relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. - Collaborate with internal teams to drive corporate development initiatives. - Analyze markets, benchmark competitors, and conduct industry research to spot trends and opportunities. - Stay updated on industry developments and market trends to guide strategic planning. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA from Ivy League colleges preferred. - 2-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, big four, or management consulting. - Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to build relationships and network effectively. - Domain knowledge in E-Commerce, marketplaces, automobile, SaaS, tech products/solutions, and consumer tech. - Scholar profile with a track record of academic excellence.,
