Manager Corporate Alliances (Payments/BFSI)

You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners and Business Correspondents (BCs) to expand the inclusive banking channel. Your role will involve driving transaction volumes and product usage at CSP points, ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will be required to monitor CSP activity, analyze transaction trends, and implement strategies to improve productivity and retention. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with internal teams (tech, compliance, operations) to ensure product delivery, partner setup, and issue resolution. Keeping track of key performance metrics and preparing MIS reports to support decision-making will also be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements in all partner operations. Your role will also include generating income opportunities while optimizing costs to ensure product profitability.
