Job Description

As an experienced Facility & Admin Manager at CRISIL Mumbai office, your role will involve managing and monitoring all daily operations of housekeeping, upkeep, and cleanliness of all areas including utility areas at the Head Office. You will be responsible for seating management allocation and global data management, coordinating communication between various departments and business stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to Facility Management Services and other admin-related vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, and devise ways to streamline processes across all office locations. - Conduct regular review meetings/calls to check service standards for facilities management and general administration. - Monitor inventory of office supplies, equipment, and purchasing of new material within budgetary constraints. - Implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices. - Monitor and improve office budgets, expenses, and administrative services. - Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, FM Team, and General Administration, including reception and meeting room operation. - Understand and manage senior leadership requirements proactively. - Manage overall FM team, FM vendor management, and overall FM vendor budget and billing. - Organize and supervise other office activities such as pest control, renovations, repair & maintenance, and event planning. - Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and arrange for repairs as needed. - Establish and maintain comprehensive cleaning procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the office. Qualifications Required: - Experience in Facility & Admin management, preferably with a hospitality background. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost control. - Proven track record of efficiently managing support activities.
