Manager - Coordinator and Control Tower Officer - AI Acceleration Program - CIB ITO CIO

Role Overview: BNP Paribas CIB ITO has launched the AI Acceleration Program to support the large-scale deployment of AI and GenAI, aligning with the BNPP Group's 2030 AI ambitions. As part of this program, they are looking for an AI Acceleration Program ISPL Coordinator and Control Tower Officer. The role involves overseeing the AI Control Tower activities, coordinating the ISPL-based Program Team, and supporting risk management and compliance of AI usage. The position requires strong data analysis, visualization, and project coordination skills, along with excellent collaboration and communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the AI Acceleration Program team in ISPL, acting as the local team leader and contributing to ISPL-specific governance regarding AI. - Collect reporting needs, define and monitor KPIs to track AI usage, adoption, platform capacity, and value. - Work with the AI Platforms BI Team to create and maintain dashboards, analyze complex data sets, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Provide support and coordination to Analytics Consulting, Risk, and Compliance teams for risk assessments and regulatory compliance. - Collaborate with different teams to understand data needs, provide insights, and present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - At least 10 years of experience in project management within data and BI environments, as well as program coordination. - Strong background in data analysis, visualization, reporting, and advanced knowledge of Excel. - Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira), BI tools (e.g., PowerBI), and current AI trends and best practices. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment across geographies. - Fluency in English.,
