Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mysore for a Manager - Automation Maintenance. The day-to-day tasks for this role include overseeing and managing equipment maintenance, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, and managing maintenance and repair activities. The manager will also be responsible for supervising maintenance staff to ensure the smooth operation of all equipment and systems.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus
