Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Act as the
Contract SME
and first point of contact for business functions during contracting lifecycle.
Evaluate contractual risks and recommend controls for
Information Security
and compliance.
Conduct risk assessments for new/existing clients and drive process improvements.
Review legal documents with quick turnaround and minimal escalation.
Train teams on unique risks and ensure compliance requirements are embedded in contracts.
Lead HCLTechs
Contract Risk Program
to reduce client-side risks.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:
Degree in Law, Computer Science, Business, or Technology (Masters preferred).
Certifications:
CRISC, CISSP, CIPP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 LI/LA (desirable).
Experience:
1416 years in
Risk Management
,
Information Security
, and
Regulatory Compliance
.
Strong knowledge of legal/contractual reviews and global IT services industry.
Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
