We are looking for Business Manager Content of 4+ years of experience to manage the planning and execution of branded content across Influencer Marketing, TV Integrations, On-ground Events, Publisher led Digital Integrations, and Emerging Tech Solutions. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and execution, requiring a strong grasp on storytelling, stakeholder coordination, and real time campaign management.
The candidate should be hands-on with all things content, confident in pitching and crafting unique ideas basis varied briefs, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns across formats.
Key Responsibilities

TV Properties Integrations
: Evaluate lock concepts, finalize scripts, align brand/agency/programming teams, coordinate shoots, and have on ground presence (If required). -
Influencer Marketing
: Strong understanding of influencers social platforms, Identify, analyze shortlist right creators for the brief, agency negotiations, briefing the creators, lead influencer concepts scripts, create maintain influencer repository, plan manage on-ground shoots, campaign tracking and post-evaluation reporting. -
On-ground Events Activations
: Coordinate brand logistics, social media assets, influencer integrations, smooth execution of brand sponsorship deliverables for on ground events. -
Publisher-led Digital Integrations
: Ideate and close branded content formats with publishers, oversee content delivery, feedback, and timelines. -
Client Agency Collaboration
: Act as a bridge between internal teams, external agencies, and brand stakeholders for smooth execution. -
Ideation Strategy:
Translate campaign concepts into compelling, we'll-structured decks by applying solution-oriented approach. Present ideas to clients with clarity, creativity, and a strong understanding of brand objectives. -
Hands-on Execution:
Be involved at every step from ideation to shoot to post-production and final reporting.
Skills and Experience
- Strong client servicing and communication skills
- Scriptwriting, content evaluation storytelling ability
- Sharp attention to detail and creative judgment
- Efficient project and time management
- Knowledge of digital content formats across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta, OTT, etc)
- Understanding of the influencer and publisher ecosystem
- Basic understanding of automotive industry is a bonus
